Most of my clients are on QuickBooks Online — it's the best tool I've found for managing construction business finances, especially job costing across multiple projects. If you're already on QBO, great. If you're on QuickBooks Desktop, that works too — I'm certified in both.
If you're not on any bookkeeping software yet, or you're using something else and not happy with it, we'll talk about what fits. The right tool depends on your business size, the number of projects you run, and what reporting you actually need. Setup or migration to QBO is part of what I do.
